The platform is intuitive, your doctor ou specialist will be able to find and fill your information without having used PassCare beforehand.

If your doctor is not equipped to read the Hearth-Code of the card, he will just have to go to in the professional space and enter the card number of seven characters to ask your account access.
Furthermore, if your doctor has a reader, he will just have to scan your Hearth-Code once your browser opened and your information will be accessible after your agreement by SMS or mail.

To fill in your information, the professional can either (if he uses the platform) drag and drop your information or edit your information on your account in the corresponding section if he does not use the platform.
