How will doctors know that the information on the card is mine?
When healthcare professionals scan or enter the public key, the emergency profile will first be displayed. The card holder's name and gender will appear on the card, you can also add a photo to complete it. This way, doctors will know that it is your card and not someone else's.
How to scan my documents? Who nan do that?
You can file your prescriptions and test results. Simply go to the corresponding section and click on "Click or drag and drop a file" to submit your document or ask your healthcare professional to scan your documents the same way. You can also take a picture of your document with your phone and drop it on your account.
My name and my first name are not written on my card.
Your card is personal to you and is directly linked to your PassCare account through the public key and Hearth-Code (once activated). You can then write your name and first name on the card in the field provided for this purpose so as not to confuse your card with those of your entourage for example.
How to inform my medical information?
After you have registered or logged on to the platform, simply click on the various tabs and then on "Add..." at the top right.
How my doctor can access to my medical information thanks to my card? Will my doctor can access to them without his card?
The platform is intuitive, your doctor ou specialist will be able to find and fill your information without having used PassCare beforehand. If your doctor is not equipped to read the Hearth-Code of the card, he will just have to go to www.passcare.com in the professional space and enter the card number of seven characters to ask your account access. Furthermore, if your doctor has a reader, he will just have to scan your Hearth-Code once your browser opened and your information will be accessi
I can’t sign up.
Make sure that you have entered a valid password (with at least one lowercase letter, one capital letter, one number and no less than 8 characters) and filled out a valid mail address. There should be no problem thereafter. However, if you have a question, don’t hesitate to contact us by mail.
How all of my information (medical history, MRI, prescriptions, …) are regained on my card?
PassCare is a prospective platform which belongs to you, you are free to add your medical history and your several medical documents on your passport and you can ask your health providers to complete your file. Thus, you can connect to your account and enter your health information in the corresponding tabs, but also ask your health professional to connect to your account through the Heart-Code of the card or public key.
In which devices operate the platform?
The platform operates on all types of devices (smartphones, computer or tablets).
How to delete my account?
To delete your data, sign up to your account, then click on your name and first name at the top right of the screen. Go on « settings » and you will access to all the account parameters. By clicking on « your data », then « delete your data », you will be able to delete your account as well as the information you entered before.
How to activate my card?
Sign up to your account (or register on www.passcare.com ), then click on “activate my card” situated on the first page which will be displayed after your connection. You sould see a sentence telling you that do not have a card attached to your account. By clicking on the “activate my card” button, you can enter the public key located on your card and also link your PassCare to your account.
